Superhero name: Katastrophee (Katarina)
Description of Power: Abilities to cause catastrophic event with her touch from break down house hold appliances to manipulating rockets to ricochet towards her enemies. At her current age she’s still trying to grasp her full potential, and to aid her journey to power her father has given her a staff to focus the energy stored in her body. She needs to constantly consume human souls to keep living.
Symbol: Heart shaped crest with a sphere in the middle, which symbolically shows her heart being consumed with darkness and her fight against it.
Age: 19
Personality:
Frankly, Katastrophee isn’t much of the peachy, lovable teen. She’d prefer to sit in the corner of class in her alternate form which is Katarina. Fearing of hurting anyone, or accidentally causing chaos and mayhem while attempting to live a so called ‘normal’ life.
Description: Katastrophee’s hair changes colors depending on what her mood is, if she’s mad her hair burns red. On the other hand, Katarina’s hair remains dark brown at all times, although both forms wear nothing but dark clothing.
Background: Katastrophee is the daughter of the God of the underworld Hades, and a mortal. Being the only predecessor Katastropee was being trained to create the balance on Earth between life and death, but before she can she had to balance the disasters that happens in our daily lives. When her mother was giving birth to her Katastrophee had consumed her soul giving Kat glimpses of her mother’s past. Kat has never been able to live with the idea of consuming human souls to keep herself alive while living with the memories of the poor souls she’s consumed.
In attempts to escape her faith she leaves the underworld and joins the mortal to live ‘normally’ without having to create disasters killing hundreds of innocent people. Her action causes the balance between life, and death allowing monsters to be created from the human beings that escapes the grip of death. Katastrophee attempts to fight, and save every life she can while she tries to battle the lust to cause death, and sadness around her. She vows that the only time she will consume another soul is if the soul was a human that was turned into a monster… but doing this lets the evil grow within her.
